Day 1 :Nairobi-Maasai Mara
Pick up in the morning and head west for Masai Mara Game Reserve for lunch at the campsite followed by afternoon game drive in the game reserve which is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. Day 2 : Masai Mara
Full day spent in search of Elephant, Zebra, Wildebeest, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard and other plains game. All meals and overnight at Mara sentrim Safari Camp../Mara wildebeest safari camp /Enchoro wildlife safaris camp
Day 3 :Masai Mara
Morning game viewing in the Mara with an optional nature walk or a visit to a near by Maasai village in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight Mara sentrim Safari Camp../Mara wildebeest safari camp /Enchoro wildlife safaris camp
Day 4: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Before breakfast, a relaxing safari in Masai Mara Game Reserve at sunrise gives you a chance to catch the live action of most of the wild animals as they hunt for food before the sun becomes unbearably hot in the afternoon for the carnivores to hunt their prey. After lunch we will have another game drive in the afternoon. In the evening Masai cultural dances can be organized around a camp fire. This will be the last night at Masai Mara Game Reserve. Dinner and Overnight stay will be at Mara sentrim Safari Camp../Mara wildebeest safari camp /Enchoro wildlife safaris camp
Day 5 :Masai Mara-L.Nakuru
After breakfast leave the campsite and depart for Nakuru. Lunch is served enroute. Lake Nakuru is renowned for it’s large variety of world famous birds. Its possible to see other game such as Rhino, Water Bucks, Impala, Buffalo and Gazelle in the surrounding gardens. Dinner and overnight at a Chester Hotel/ Kivu Cottages
Day 6: Lake Nakuru – Lake Bogoria
After breakfast depart in the morning for game viewing in Lake Nakuru later in the afternoon drive to Bogoria: widely known as the wonder lake because of the boiling hot springs and geysers. Caution must be taken while near the springs as these are super hot. Dinner and overnight at Lake Bogoria Hotel.
In the spectacular Lake Bogoria; hot springs and geysers are the main attractions. The lake has been called ‘the new home of the flamingo’ with a nomad population of up to two million birds. For the bird enthusiasts, Kesubo swamp located north of the park is home to more than 200 species of birds.
Lake Baringo is the most Northerly of Kenya’s small Rift Valley lakes; creased with papyrus and well developed acacia forest. Hippos, crocodiles and monitor lizards are effortlessly seen from the shore, as is a magnificent display of water birds. This is Kenya’s bird watching centre with over 1200 different species native to the country and more than 450 sighted here. A bird watcher’s haven but beware, this is malaria land so it is best to come prepared with plenty of mosquito repellent.
Day 7: Lake Bogoria-Lake Baringo
After breakfast depart for game viewing and the surrounding communities in Lake Bogoria. Later in the afternoon proceed to Lake Baringo. Dinner and overnight at Soi Safari Lodge.
Day 8: Lake Baringo- Amboseli
After breakfast proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific birdlife including flamingoes. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Drive to Nairobi for lunch then
on to Amboseli National Park. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp/ Amboseli sentrim safari camp
Day 9 : Amboseli Full day
A day of game drives in this park which contains swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can also be seen and Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak too if weather conditions permit. There will be a lunch and leisure break in the mid afternoon. Rest of meals and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp/Amboseli safari camp
Amboseli National park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya- Tanzania border, The Park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit presents a splendid view on clear days. Amboseli National Park is often referred to as “The home of Elephants’ some of the largest Elephant herds are found here. The Game Park also contains vast groups of Zebras, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Buffalos, Hippos and Antelopes. Also to be found in Amboseli are lions, leopards, Cheetahs, Rhinos and many species of plain game
Day 10: Amboseli- Nairobi
After breakfast proceed for Nairobi with lunch on the way arriving in the evening. Drop off at the airport to connect flight home.
